About this file

This document package includes pricing schedules and a request for quotation for hazardous material abatement and structure demolition services. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting quotes to remove asbestos, lead paint, and other hazardous materials from multiple structures located at the Ellicott Slough National Wildlife Refuge in California. Services include abatement, containment, removal, disposal, and demolition of residences, barns, sheds, garages, and other buildings. Quotes are due by March 8, 2022 and award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract considering price, technical capability, experience, approach, and past performance. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses only. Prospective offerors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. Pricing schedules specify tasks for each structure and provide space to list detailed pricing breakdowns by labor, materials, equipment, and tools.
