The contractor is responsible for all permits and must bid in accordance with quantities provided in construction documents. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by completing items 8 and 15 on the form, by acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer, or by separate letter/electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers prior to the specified deadline.

97 For the Seed Task - Please confirm the specific buildings for which contractors will need to perform hazardous materials surveys.

See Questions and Answers Log provided in Amendment 7

For several of the seed task buildings - there are multiple asbestos-containing materials shown on the drawings that list the quantity as 'Not Provided'. These include: TSI piping, transite, spray on fireproofing, ceiling tiles, and window caulking. For pricing purposes, what quantities should be used for abatement and disposal of these materials?

See Questions and Answers Log provided in Amendment 7

The Seed Project Specifications under item 1.2 Work Covered By Contract Documents, Item A states the work includes demolition of 12 buildings in two units, however, the Contract Price Schedule Templet states that Line Item 2 is not in the contract. Will the Government please clarify if scope covers 12 or 11 buildings?

Roof area quantity shall be 1900 square feet.

Please confirm that the assumed materials identified in the hazardous materials spreadsheet are to be removed and disposed of as asbestos-containing material (ACM) without requiring additional pre-abatement testing.

Confirmed

If testing determines that an assumed material is not ACM, please confirm whether the Government intends to issue a deductive modification.

Quantity adjustment modifications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please clarify whether quantity comparisons for equitable adjustment or modification purposes will be evaluated: Individually by material, Cumulatively by building CLIN, or Cumulatively across the entire Seed Project.

Requests for equitable adjustment based on quantity differences from the estimated amounts will be evaluated fairly on a case by case basis.
