The County seeks to contract with three (3) professional architectural firms licensed under Florida Statutes Chapter 481 to provide services for remodeling, renovation, new construction, and miscellaneous professional services related to vertical construction projects. Services encompass comprehensive architectural support including existing facility documentation, design, cost estimating, construction administration, field inspections, and specialty consulting across multiple disciplines such as structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, geotechnical, LEED, and life safety engineering. Work Authorizations will be issued on an as-needed basis for various facility types including governmental, educational, healthcare, correctional, recreational, and infrastructure facilities. The continuing agreement will have a duration of five (5) years, with no guaranteed work assignments, and individual projects must not exceed the $7.5 million construction cost threshold established under Florida Statutes Section 287.055(2)(g).

Each professional architectural firm's agreement, including any renewals, shall not exceed a cumulative total of $10,000,000. The procurement follows the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) under Florida Statutes Section 287.055, which governs the selection and award process. The County will issue Work Authorizations and Purchase Orders for each project assignment during the agreement term. Award of an agreement does not guarantee work assignment, limit the County's ability to procure similar services from other vendors, or obligate the County to provide parity among selected consultants. All consultant-produced documents and products may be reused by the County in the future. Vendors must submit responses electronically through BPRO by the specified closing date and are required to comply with County Business Enterprise (CBE) goal participation requirements and any applicable Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements.
