About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibit Updates document for electrical repairs at WRC Hangar 32 in Seattle, WA under federal solicitation Sol_1305M326Q0317, dated August 5, 2026.
The updates address corrections and additions to multiple Contract Line Items (CLINs) involving the removal and remediation of old, unused, and unsafe electrical panels, disconnects, and fuse boxes throughout various stairwell and hangar entry locations. CLIN 002 (NE Stairwell and Hangar Entry) requires removal of pass-through panel D with power rerouted to Panel HH on Level 2, removal of obsolete equipment with metal frames remaining to preserve lathe and plaster walls, and mudding of gaps. CLINs 004 and 005 (SE and SW Stairwell entries) specify similar removal and wall remediation work. CLIN 006 (NE Hangar Entry—Optional) involves comprehensive generator integration services including installation of an NEC-compliant 3-position Manual Transfer Switch connected to power panel DD, a 75kVA 480–208Y/120V transformer, an IEC 60309 Pin & Sleeve plug solution rated for 200 amps, 50-foot electrical connecting cables for ground placement, and testing using the NOAA-provided Winpower DX17514-XASTJ generator (serial no. 167180 D13). CLIN 007 addresses optional items identified during contractor walkthrough in the NW Stairwell, including demolition and safe removal of exposed wires and unused equipment, with precautions required for transite (asbestos-containing) materials at the stairwell-hangar wall interface. All work requires dead wire removal, J-box connections outside stairwells, and sheetrock repair with taping and mudding. Technical exhibits include photographs of panel conditions across multiple stairwell locations showing existing electrical infrastructure requiring remediation.
