About this file

This request for proposal from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development seeks contractor technology support across four focus areas: helpdesk support, production support operations, sustainment engineering, and legacy system enhancement or modernization planning. The helpdesk and production support operations involve tiered application support, user access management, ticket handling, and IT service management to maintain functionality of deployed applications. The sustainment engineering team would provide ongoing lifecycle support through improvements, fixes, and best practices to streamline operations and maintenance. Legacy system work may involve agile enhancement or modernization planning to incrementally address complex IT objectives. The incumbent contractor is ASRC Federal Data Solutions. Responses were due by specified dates in August 2020, with funding approved only for the initial task order for fiscal year 2020.
