About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment (Amendment No. 1) issued by the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services for Solicitation No. 12825 covering Fuel Station Inspection and Repair Services. The amendment updates Exhibit D of the contract, specifically aligning Exhibit A (Contractor's Tasks and Responsibilities) with the required inspection items for Category 1 services. The comprehensive list of inspection services includes 15 distinct testing categories ranging from automatic line leak detector testing to tank monitor certification, electronic monitoring systems testing, and various technical assessments of fuel station infrastructure.

The amendment appears to be part of a statewide contract for inspection and repair services targeting underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), fuel pumps, and related equipment containing potentially hazardous substances. The amendment is effective immediately as of 11/13/2025, with the purpose of clarifying and standardizing the inspection requirements. Procurement coordination is managed by Bernadette Connor, who can be reached at 360-407-7955 or DESContractsTeamMaple@des.wa.gov. No specific pricing details or funding sources are explicitly outlined in this amendment document.
