About this file

This federal contract opportunity solicitation seeks proposals for a multi-phase boiler replacement project at Timberline Lodge. The project includes removing existing steam boilers, installing new hot water boilers and associated piping and controls in four phases over three years, replacing room radiators, and upgrading electrical and control systems. Phase 1 involves installing a 2,000 MBH boiler, fuel pumps and piping, control panels, hot water piping and radiators, to be completed by late October 2021. Phases 2 through 4 would replace additional boilers and radiators in subsequent years, expanding systems, with estimated values over $10 million. Proposals are due through beta.sam.gov by April 2021. The Department of Agriculture Forest Service R6-Pacific Northwest Region is the agency. Registration in SAM is required to submit proposals and remain active until award and performance.
