About this file

This is a Price Schedule for Project 269.2026.147, a Building Automation Systems Maintenance and Repair Services contract issued by the City of North Carolina's Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department. The contract covers routine maintenance, repair, and support services for Carrier-based building automation systems across approximately 180 city buildings, including offices, fire houses, police division offices, equipment shops, and cultural facilities such as museums and arenas. The pricing schedule establishes a three-year contract term with the option to negotiate rates for unusual circumstances not covered by standard billing classifications.

The pricing structure requires all-inclusive, comprehensive quotes covering every aspect of the project in United States dollars. Billing classifications are organized by service type and availability across three years, including Regular Business Hours (7 AM - 5 PM), After Hours, and Emergency Service categories. Unit prices must include all labor, materials, equipment (owned or rented), transportation, hand tools, worker expenses, overhead, and profit. The company is responsible for obtaining required building permits, with the City reimbursing costs. The schedule includes specific line items for Certified Technicians, Technician/Helper (Non-Certified) personnel, and Site Visit Charges, with additional categories and material/parts markup percentages to be inserted by the responding company as needed.
