11-Appendix D - BPS Site List.xlsx

This file is a site list document for Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) in New York, containing current building information and locations supporting an IT Staff Augmentation Services RFP. The spreadsheet identifies 76 active school buildings and facilities across Buffalo, along with administrative hubs and data centers, with addresses, zip codes, school identification numbers, and school names. The document also references four facilities currently under construction with estimated completion dates in fall 2026, two remote education sites, and seven hub locations that serve as primary service centers for specific geographic regions within the district. The IT staffing services being requested will support these multiple BPS locations across three primary categories: complete network and data center infrastructure support including telecommunications, hardware, firewalls, servers, and connections to district departments; enterprise device management encompassing imaging for all operating systems, device customization, and deployment programming; and comprehensive security services including MS Defender deployment management, vulnerability assessment, cybersecurity coordination, and 24x7 SOC vendor oversight.

The site list serves as the geographic scope and operational foundation for the IT staff augmentation contract, establishing the breadth of infrastructure that vendors must support across the Buffalo Public Schools system. All identified facilities are located within Buffalo, New York, spanning multiple zip codes and requiring coordinated support through designated hub locations and data center sites. This comprehensive inventory ensures that IT staffing services will be appropriately distributed and scaled to meet the technical support needs of a large, geographically dispersed school district with multiple operational centers.
