About this file
This document is a Form 1 - Execution of Response for RFP 3202600043 issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for Employer Child Care Solutions. The solicitation seeks to procure Technical Assistance (TA) Services for employers exploring child care needs, with a specific focus on Employer-Supported Site-Based Child Care. TWC intends to award up to five contracts, and notably, entities previously awarded under a similar RFP (3202400058) are ineligible for this new procurement. The form requires respondents to complete company information, acknowledge RFP terms and conditions, and provide details about potential subcontractor interests.
The document includes provisions for various Texas vendor preferences, such as those for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, Texas-produced goods and services, and products from economically depressed areas. Respondents must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and a Texas Identification Number (TIN) prior to contract award. The form requires a signature from an authorized representative who affirms the company meets minimum qualifications, understands subcontractor obligations, and will notify TWC of any changes in financial condition. Additional preference categories cover environmentally sensitive materials, energy-efficient products, recycled equipment, and products from facilities located on formerly contaminated property.
