About this file
This document is an Exhibit to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) #10848 issued by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) for CINS/FINS & Statewide Respite Care Services. The ITN seeks proposals from community, faith-based, not-for-profit organizations, LLCs, and/or local government divisions to provide statewide residential and non-residential CINS/FINS services for youth ages 6-18, statewide respite care services for youth ages 10-18, and evidence-based or promising practices delinquency prevention programming. The selected Respondent will be required to design, create, develop, implement, manage, and ensure coordination of the local delivery of these services, including contracting with local service providers. The plan outlines the required implementation activities to be completed within the first 30 days of the contract, such as staffing, background screening, training, recruitment, and establishing fiscal infrastructure.
The ITN does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources. The selected Respondent will be responsible for managing and providing oversight of the statewide network of community-based respite care service providers to ensure access to respite care and related services for the target youth population.
