About this file
This is an amendment document issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources regarding Invitation for Bid (IFB) JH27-113 for water control structures at Farmington Bay Wildlife Management Area. The solicitation requires vendors to provide one new water control structure and install an existing water control structure at the Farmington Bay WMA located at 1325 W. Glover Lane, Farmington, Utah. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with attendees expected to spend between 1-3 hours at the location. The contract term is anticipated to be up to three months, with vendors required to guarantee pricing for project completion. The procurement is expected to result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
This amendment removes mandatory minimum questions and documentation requirements related to bid, payment, and performance bonds that were originally included in the solicitation. Specifically, the amendment eliminates the requirement for vendors to submit a bid bond on the AIA Document A310-2010 form in the amount of 5% of the bid from a surety firm authorized to do business in Utah and listed on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. The amendment adds a mandatory minimum question requiring vendors to acknowledge that they will not be required to provide bid, payment, or performance bonds with this solicitation. Attachment D containing bond language has been removed from the solicitation documents.
