The Fire rendered the BCWC facility uninhabitable for employees and operations until burned structure debris and contaminated soil were removed. Phase 1 debris clean-up was completed in February 2021. Phase 2 debris and soil removal was completed in December 2021. Burned and hazardous tree removal throughout the compound site was completed in the summer of 2022. A&E was completed for the demolition and new development of the site in 2025.
