Contact Survey Pilot - Notice of Intent to Award
This Notice of Intent to Award document pertains to the Contact Survey Pilot project for the State of Oregon. The project involves conducting a survey to gather contact information and demographic data from Oregon residents. The scope of work requires the selected contractor to design, implement, and administer a statewide contact survey, including survey development, data collection through multiple channels (phone, online, and mail), data analysis, and final reporting. The contract term is for one year from the award date, with potential for renewal options based on performance and funding availability. The notice indicates an intent to award the contract to a selected vendor following the competitive procurement process.
The Notice of Intent to Award serves as formal notification that a vendor has been selected and establishes the official award date. This document typically includes the awarded vendor's name, contract amount, and confirmation that all protest periods and review requirements have been completed or are in process. The funding for this contract is provided through Oregon state budget appropriations designated for data collection and survey initiatives. Additional details regarding pricing terms, payment schedules, performance metrics, and any specific set-asides or incumbent protections would be outlined in the final executed contract agreement. The notice represents the final stage of the procurement process before contract execution and formal performance commencement.
