See the Master GSA Schedule example in GovTribe.
A Master IDIQ is a master indefinite-delivery vehicle that can organize many IDV awards and task orders under one buying program. In GovTribe, Master IDIQ detail pages help you review the selected vehicle, related IDVs, task-order activity, awardees, dates, shared ceiling, and opportunity context. Badges
Badges summarize source fields and connected records on the Overview tab. Many badges include a menu that lets you filter GovTribe search by that value. When a badge says Not listed, GovTribe does not have a displayable value for that field on the selected vehicle.
Use the linked attribute pages for canonical field definitions:
- Federal agency attribute
- Contract type attribute
- Award date attribute
- Last date to order attribute
- Shared ceiling attribute
- Federal contract awards attribute
- Originating federal contract opportunity attribute
Hierarchy
The hierarchy shows how the selected vehicle organizes downstream federal contracting records. Master GSA Schedule records can show relationships from the selected vehicle to Federal Supply Schedules, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Federal Contract Awards. Other vehicle types commonly show the selected vehicle followed by Federal Contract IDV Awards and Federal Contract Awards.
Use hierarchy counts to move from the selected vehicle into the related search page for that layer. A count can be zero or absent when GovTribe does not have connected records for the selected vehicle.
Popular Task Orders
Popular Task Orders appears in the Overview sidebar when GovTribe can recommend related awarded work under the selected vehicle. Use this area for quick examples of how agencies are using the vehicle before opening Task Orders for the full related-record tab.
GovTribe AI
GovTribe AI appears when AI is available for the selected record and your account can use it. The panel starts GovTribe AI with the selected vehicle as context, so the response can stay grounded in the vehicle program, agencies, ceiling, ordering window, IDV awards, task orders, awardees, and related opportunities.
If GovTribe AI is not available for the selected record or account, this panel may be absent.
AI Summary / Descriptions
The summary and description area shows the AI Summary tab first when GovTribe has generated one. Source descriptions follow the summary. If there is only one source description, the tab is labeled Description. If GovTribe has multiple source description records, the tabs appear as Update #1, Update #2, and so on in update order.
If the selected vehicle does not have an AI summary or source description, the component may be absent or show only the available description tabs.
Vehicle values and ordering dates
Vehicle value and progress labels answer different questions. Read the label before comparing obligations, current value, shared ceiling, or ordering progress.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Award Date | The award date GovTribe shows for the selected vehicle. |
| Last Date To Order | The last date allowed by the vehicle for the contractor to accept orders. |
| Shared Ceiling | The shared maximum value GovTribe has for the vehicle. |
| Combined Dollars Obligated | Combined obligations across awarded task orders connected to the selected vehicle. |
| Combined Current Value | Combined current value across awarded task orders connected to the selected vehicle. |
| Funded progress bar | Combined obligations as a percentage of shared ceiling or combined potential value. |
| Ordering progress bar | Percentage through the vehicle ordering period based on Last Date To Order. |
Use Federal award values and transactions before treating obligations, current value, potential value, or ceiling value as interchangeable.

The visible splits can include award type, awardee, competition, agency, NAICS, place of performance, set-aside, PSC, and pool when the vehicle has pool structure.
Funding Analysis can be empty or show zero-dollar totals when GovTribe has no connected funding activity for the selected vehicle.

Common questions
For general fixes for too many results, no results, unrelated results, broad Semantic Search matches, or filters that narrowed the search too much, see Troubleshoot search results.
How are Federal Contract Vehicles different from IDVs and awards?
Federal contract vehicles are broad vehicle programs, schedules, GWACs, master IDIQs, or similar buying lanes. Federal contract IDV awards are parent ordering instruments under a vehicle or other indefinite-delivery structure. Federal contract awards are awarded contracts, orders, purchase orders, or BPA calls. See Federal contract record structure when you need to choose the right page.
Where do pools, SINs, lanes, or subcategories fit?
Federal Contract Vehicles is a vehicle-level search page. Vehicle pools, SINs, domains, or other lanes are represented as federal contract vehicle subcategories when GovTribe has that structure. Open a vehicle detail page to review related IDV Awards, Task Orders, Opportunity Stack, Price Lists, and Awardees; some vehicle detail analysis can split by pool when a Master IDIQ has multiple subcategories.
What does Shared Ceiling mean?
Shared Ceiling is the shared maximum value GovTribe has for the vehicle. Result cards show it beside Award Date and Last Date To Order when GovTribe has a vehicle-level ceiling value.
How do related opportunities, IDVs, task orders, and awardees connect?
Open a vehicle detail page when a result needs deeper review. The detail page can show related Opportunity Stack, IDV Awards, Task Orders, Price Lists, and Awardees tabs, depending on the relationships GovTribe has for that vehicle.
