An in-depth understanding and management of requirements for this phase of the project as they are built using an agile development methodology. This responsibility implies day-to-day communication with the offshore development organization, in-depth review of hundreds of detailed use cases and requirements, leading the negotiations about high/medium/low priorities, and when the functionality is developed, the in-depth testing of the functionality.3. Technical leadership for the review process of all technical documentation for the project, which includes coordination with IT staff at the Partner institutions.4. Maintenance and reporting of project schedules, sufficiently detailed to ensure all work is tracked and coordinated.5. Development of draft materials for contract modifications and/or for future phases of the project, as required.Key background for the IT Project Manager: Experience managing multi-million dollar projects including development and configuration of any or all of the following classes of enterprise systems: document management, content management, digital asset management, workflow management.Firms that are interested and feel they are qualified to meet the above requirements are invited to respond with a brief description of their qualifications (5 page limit) and sample resumes.
