Acceptance requires 30 consecutive days of verified 95 percent detection accuracy, continuous server communication, successful MS2 uploads, and zero unexplained data gaps. All collected data is Collier County's exclusive property and fully exportable at contract termination.

Vendors must be E-Verify enrolled, provide conflict-of-interest and immigration certifications, sign and acknowledge all addenda, and submit Forms 1–5 and all required licenses and certifications.
