Offerors must comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the Program Requirement Document (Attachment B), and a virtual offeror's conference will be held (see Attachment I). The opportunity is posted on August 28, 2024, with a due date of October 1, 2024.
This opportunity does not appear to have any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The state has not listed any incumbent vendors or current contractors, and there is no information provided about any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFP does not specify an award value or budget range, but it is likely a significant statewide contract opportunity for qualified unified communications solution providers.
