Bidders must possess a California State Contractor's License (Class A General Engineering or Class C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement), valid D-U-N-S and Unique Entity Identifier numbers, and current California Secretary of State registration. Performance and Labor/Material Payment Bonds are required. Questions are due July 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., submitted only through the County's online eProcurement Portal.
