About this opportunity
The State of Georgia is soliciting information through an RFI on temporary IT staffing procurement, with responses due June 5, 2017. This is a pre-RFP feedback cycle, not a competitive solicitation — no proposals will be considered at this stage.
Georgia intends to procure a Managed Service Provider to administer the state's IT contingent labor program through a Vendor Management System and Supplier Network. The scope encompasses hourly, project-based, and temp-to-hire staffing arrangements. The state is gathering industry feedback on a draft RFP to validate operational model options, pricing alternatives, cost reduction opportunities, and contractual terms before formal procurement.
Respondents must use the provided response sheets to submit comments and suggestions on the draft documents. Service Level Agreement (Attachment C), Statewide Contract terms (Attachment J), and Response Sheet formats have been added to the posting as of May 21, 2017. The SLA attachment includes penalty provisions. Participation is voluntary and non-binding.
