About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of tactical helmets and related equipment. The State seeks to procure 60 units of Ops-Core FAST XR Tactical Helmets in Ranger green and 60 units of Ops-Core short trim riot visors as a one-time purchase order with no renewal options. All equipment must be new and current model year, with delivery required within 30 days of purchase order receipt to the NH Department of Safety located at 41 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03305. Bids must be submitted by March 10, 2026, at 1:15 PM Eastern Time via email to NH.Purchasing@DAS.NH.Gov, with questions due no later than March 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM to Jonah Rosa at Jonah.L.Rosa@DAS.NH.Gov, with State responses provided by March 4, 2026. Award determinations will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest cost, with all bid prices required to remain firm, be stated in US dollars, and include all delivery and associated costs on an F.O.B. Destination basis with no additional charges permitted. The successful vendor must provide a one-year warranty covering 100 percent of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses, or the manufacturer's standard warranty period, whichever is greater, with payment due 30 days after invoice receipt or upon delivery, inspection, and acceptance of items, whichever is later, via ACH transfer.
The RFB does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions limiting responses to particular types of organizations or disadvantaged enterprises. Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and maintain a completed Vendor Application Package with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to award consideration. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are referenced in the procurement documents, and no specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the available materials. Bid responses remain valid for 180 days from the bid due date of March 10, 2026. The bid opening will be conducted electronically via Microsoft Teams, with access details to be provided for public attendance, allowing interested parties to observe the process.
