About this opportunity

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking bids for statewide Polycom video conferencing equipment maintenance services. FDOT is procuring one year of maintenance coverage for 377 Polycom devices located throughout Florida. The successful vendor must be an authorized Polycom Partner and will be responsible for providing all labor, parts, and materials required to maintain the Polycom equipment. Bids are due by June 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time, with a public bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. FDOT will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest bid. The initial term of the contract will be one year, with the possibility of up to three one-year renewal periods.

This procurement is open to all qualified vendors, but the ITB includes requirements related to minority business enterprise participation and compliance with Florida's scrutinized companies laws. The contract will be funded through FDOT's annual appropriated budget, but the ITB does not provide a specific award value or budget range. There is no information provided about any incumbent vendors or existing technology that requires integration.
