The County reserves the right to make multiple awards and to conduct mid-term price and service negotiations. Contractors must maintain commercial general liability and commercial automobile liability insurance at $1,000,000 per occurrence minimum throughout the contract term and for three years thereafter. Vendors may earn up to two preference points: one for providing health benefits as defined by Utah Code Ann. 26-40-115(1) and one for demonstrating an active veterans recruitment program, drug and alcohol testing policy, recognized job training program, and OSHA-compliant safety program.
