Pricing must be submitted on a utility-by-utility basis across all four campuses, with separate line items for electrical distribution, culinary water, irrigation water mainlines, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, telephone and communications, steam, and utility tunnels. Each campus fee must itemize records review and coordination, detection and survey, ARCGIS and drawing production, and quality review and final delivery. Shared mobilization and project management costs must be allocated without duplication.
The awardee must provide proof of Commercial General Liability, Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance, each with limits of $5 million per occurrence and in aggregate. Bidders must certify agreement to SLCC's General Bid Provisions and Contractor's Agreement, and the college will not accept additional terms and conditions. The college may choose not to proceed with the procurement after reviewing responses.
