Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at three City locations: South Side Service Center, North District Service Center (stockpile area), and North Side Service Center. The initial contract term is one year with up to four optional one-year renewal periods, renewable unless either party provides 90 days' notice of non-renewal, with prices remaining firm for the contract term and including all freight and delivery costs. The RFQt was posted on May 1, 2026, with bids due by May 7, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose quote complies with all solicitation provisions and represents the best interest of the City, with evaluation criteria including unit price, total quote price, terms and discounts, delivery date, testing results, vendor performance history, demurrage and freight costs, and estimated maintenance and surplus value. Bidders must submit completed RFQt-01 forms, a bid table, a completed RFQt-04 questionnaire with detailed technical specifications, and any applicable Small Business Enterprise Certificate electronically through the Euna Portal.
The City of Fort Worth has implemented a Small Business Program requirement under City Ordinance No. 27832-08-2025 for this procurement. Annual price adjustments are permitted only upon contract renewal with 90 days' written notice and documented proof of cost increases, with the City retaining the right to reject adjustment requests or allow the contract to expire. No incumbent vendors or existing contract values are specified in the available solicitation documents, and the City reserves the right to make multiple awards and to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
