The procurement seeks a contractor capable of providing water damage and mold remediation services, including water extraction, mildewcide treatment, deodorization, cleaning, air scrubbing, and restoration of affected areas across both Landside and Airside airport locations. Contractors must possess an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and a current Mold-related Services License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The contract requires a 24/7 emergency response capability with a mandatory 1-2 hour response window for service calls.
