Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability from $1 million to $5 million per occurrence, Professional Liability from $1 million to $5 million per claim, Builders Risk equal to 100 percent of completed project value, Cyber Liability at $1 million minimum, and Crime Protection/Employee Dishonesty at $1 million, all with Hillsborough County listed as additional insured.
