About this opportunity

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is soliciting bids for a one-year maintenance agreement covering Metrohm laboratory equipment at the Cambridge Environmental Lab, with the contract period running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The procurement seeks an authorized Metrohm USA Inc. vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for two primary systems: a Metrohm Automated Titration System and Metrohm Ion Chromatography equipment, with specific asset lists and serial numbers provided in the sourcing event documentation. Qualified contractors must submit formal quotes accompanied by a signed NON-OPERS Member Acknowledgment form, agree to all State Standard Terms and Conditions, and sign an addendum to the bid contract as outlined in the sample contract provided. Deliverables will be provided on an F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed basis to the Environmental Laboratory located at 325 North 7th Street, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, with the contractor responsible for all freight costs and risk of loss until title passes to the state. The bid submission deadline is April 22, 2026, with inquiries directed to the ODNR ordering office at 2045 Morse Road, Building F, Columbus, Ohio 43229, phone 614-265-6922, or the delivery contact, Jason McClarren, at 740-439-5591. Key requirements include Metrohm USA Inc. authorization to complete all maintenance and repairs on the specified equipment and compliance with all State Standard Terms and Conditions referenced in the documentation.

No specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendor information is identified in the sourcing event documentation. The procurement does not indicate any restrictions limiting responses to particular organization types, suggesting that any qualified vendor authorized by Metrohm USA Inc. may submit a responsive bid. No existing contract values, budget ranges, or award amounts are specified in the provided materials. The sourcing event does not reference any existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements beyond the maintenance of the two specified Metrohm systems already in place at the Cambridge Environmental Lab. Interested vendors should consult all attached documentation, including the Standard Terms and Conditions (Standard_T_C_3-31-25.pdf), specifications document (FY27 Metrohm Specifications.docx), sample contract addendum, and the Non-Member Acknowledgment form (PEDACKN-Non-Member-Acknowledgment.pdf) to ensure full compliance with submission requirements.
