Applicants are evaluated on a 100-point scale across nine criteria: Project Narrative (10 points), Ability to Proceed (10 points), Supportive Services (5 points), Organizational Capacity (15 points), Financial Strength (15 points), Ability to Complete Project by Deadline (10 points), Evidence of Site Control (15 points), Needs Analysis (10 points), and Proximity to Services & Employment (10 points). Applications require twelve hard copies, one original, and one electronic copy on USB drive, submitted to Brevard County Purchasing Services, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, Suite C-303, Viera, Florida 32940. Mandatory presentations occur September 10, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. before the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee; award recommendations follow September 18, 2026.
