About this opportunity
Jordan School District (JSD) is conducting an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Ivanti renewal and maintenance licenses, with the procurement opportunity posted on August 5, 2025, and bid responses due by August 13, 2025. The procurement is specifically for software licensing renewal, governed by the State of Utah Procurement Code and Utah Administrative Rules. Potential bidders must carefully review the full IFB documentation, which includes multiple attachments such as standard terms and conditions, cost forms, vendor information sheets, and various compliance documents. Key submission requirements include completing the vendor information sheet, providing a cost proposal, and submitting necessary verification forms like the URS Post-Retired Verification Form. The procurement process requires vendors to complete multiple attachments, including a boycott statement and a student data privacy agreement. Evaluation criteria and specific technical requirements are detailed in the attached IFB document, with precise guidelines for proposal submission and potential contract award.
The procurement appears to have standard participation requirements without specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises. Vendors must comply with Utah state procurement regulations and complete all required documentation, including a claim of business confidentiality form and standard compliance statements. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated in the provided documentation, the procurement is for software license renewals, suggesting a technology-focused procurement with potential integration requirements for existing Ivanti software infrastructure. Potential bidders must demonstrate technical capability to provide software licensing and maintenance services specifically tailored to Jordan School District's technological needs. The procurement is open to qualified vendors who can meet the district's technical specifications and compliance requirements, with the Notice of Intent to Award document suggesting a structured selection process. Vendors should carefully review all attachments, particularly the standard terms and conditions, to ensure full compliance with the district's procurement guidelines.
