The Authority seeks to procure 10 PowerEdge R660 servers and 4 PowerEdge R660xs servers configured to detailed specifications. R660 units include Intel Xeon Gold 6548N processors, 64GB RDIMM memory, 960GB SSD storage, redundant 1400W power supplies, and dual 10/25GbE network interfaces. R660xs units include Intel Xeon Silver 4416+ processors, 32GB RDIMM memory, and matching storage, power, and networking. Both configurations include five years of ProSupport Plus Mission Critical service with four-hour onsite support. Delivery is required to OCTA facilities across Orange County, California on an F.O.B. destination basis with all freight costs included in bid pricing.

The estimated contract value is $193,697 for a six-month term with no renewal options. Pricing must be submitted on a lump-sum basis, firm for 120 calendar days following bid closure. All state and local sales taxes must be included; the Authority is exempt from federal excise and transportation taxes. Bids are evaluated 100% on cost as the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Bidders must complete a Status of Past and Present Contracts form and a List of Subcontractors form identifying all subcontractors performing work exceeding one-half of one percent of the total bid amount. Davis-Bacon labor provisions apply, including prevailing wage requirements and weekly certified payroll submission. The Authority reserves the right to award to a single bidder, apportion requirements among multiple bidders, or reject any or all bids. Award is contingent upon receipt of adequate funding. Bids from entities subject to Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions are prohibited. Bid opening occurs December 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with optional teleconference participation.
