About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is requesting bids on spreader parts for supply to state agencies including the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and Bureau of Mechanical Services, with bids due July 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM Eastern Time and questions due by July 24, 2026.
The scope encompasses 52 line items across spreader component categories: sensor extender cables in various lengths and configurations, connectors, amplifiers, flow meters, adapters, repair kits, and control system components including CS-550 and CS-660 display systems. Estimated annual quantities range from 10 to 47 units per item. Bidders may selectively price categories aligned with their product offerings rather than bid all items. Delivery locations span six NHDOT districts across New Hampshire, the Bureau of Mechanical Services, the Bureau of Traffic, and the Bureau of Turnpikes. The successful vendor must complete deliveries within 120 days of purchase order receipt, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 48-hour advance coordination required at each location.
The contract term extends approximately five years from Governor and Executive Council approval through July 31, 2031, with an option to extend up to two additional years under the same terms and pricing upon mutual agreement. Bid prices remain firm for one year and may be adjusted annually with 30 days' written notice and substantiation. Pricing is F.O.B. destination, inclusive of all delivery costs; special charges, surcharges, fuel charges, and credit card transaction fees are prohibited.
The awardee must maintain general liability insurance of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate; carry workers' compensation insurance as required by New Hampshire statute; establish individual customer accounts for each state agency within three business days of order placement; maintain a web-based ordering system with inventory control and reporting capabilities; and provide quarterly and annual usage reports detailing products by agency and sustainability certifications. Vendors must be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Purchase and Property and, if applicable, with the Secretary of State.
