About this file

This is Addendum #3 to Bid Invitation 3141-27 issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for spreader parts supply to state agencies including the Department of Transportation and Bureau of Mechanical Services. The addendum, dated July 29, 2026, updates the bid solicitation to reflect Rexroth's transition to a "661" series system, with revised parts added to the offer sheet. The bid closing is scheduled for July 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM Eastern Time. The original solicitation encompasses 52 line items across spreader component categories including sensor extender cables, connectors, amplifiers, flow meters, adapters, repair kits, and control system components (CS-550 and CS-660 display systems), with estimated annual quantities ranging from 10 to 47 units per item. Deliveries must be completed within 120 days of purchase order receipt, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM, with 48-hour advance coordination required. The contract term extends approximately five years from Governor and Executive Council approval through July 31, 2031, with an option to extend up to two additional years under the same terms and pricing upon mutual agreement.

Pricing is F.O.B. destination with all delivery costs included; special charges, surcharges, fuel charges, and credit card transaction fees are prohibited. Bid prices remain firm for one year and may be adjusted annually with 30 days' written notice and substantiation. The awardee must maintain general liability insurance of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, carry workers' compensation insurance as required by New Hampshire statute, establish individual customer accounts for each state agency within three business days of order placement, and maintain a web-based ordering system with inventory control and reporting capabilities. Vendors must provide quarterly and annual usage reports detailing products by agency and sustainability certifications, be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Purchase and Property, and register with the Secretary of State if applicable. Bidders may selectively price categories aligned with their product offerings rather than bid all items. All changes noted in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be submitted with the bid.
