While no specific incumbent vendors are mentioned, the solicitation emphasizes a commitment to supporting smaller and minority-owned businesses through structured mentorship and development programs. The Public Works Division of Engineering Services will have sole discretion in distributing work among the awarded firms, with the primary objective of meeting the county's engineering service needs.
