About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for Lincoln Lubricator Parts through a competitive bidding process. The procurement is specifically for Dallas County, Texas, with a solicitation posted on May 30, 2025, and a response deadline of August 6, 2025. Potential vendors must complete Bonfire registration to access detailed bid information and must submit comprehensive proposals including unit prices, quantities, and specific product specifications for Lincoln Lubricator Parts. The procurement requires strict adherence to DART's purchase order terms and conditions, with specific emphasis on delivery terms, freight considerations, and performance standards. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and understand that timely delivery is critical, with potential default termination for failure to meet specified delivery schedules. Invoicing must follow precise guidelines, including submission to APInvoices@dart.org with detailed documentation and adhering to Net 30 payment terms.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, vendors should note the comprehensive submission requirements and strict performance expectations. The procurement appears open to qualified vendors capable of meeting DART's technical and logistical specifications for Lincoln Lubricator Parts. Potential bidders must demonstrate technical competence, reliability in delivery, and ability to comply with all specified terms and conditions. The solicitation suggests a focus on operational efficiency and precise parts procurement for transit infrastructure maintenance. Although exact budget ranges are not specified in the available documents, the BPO format indicates an ongoing, potentially substantial procurement opportunity with potential for multiple or recurring orders. Vendors should carefully review the attached documentation, including the Statement of Work (SOW), Event Schedule, and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions to fully understand the procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.
