About this opportunity

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) is seeking competitive bids for Bid C25-11, a combined solicitation for five separate fencing and gate projects across their facilities. This procurement opportunity requires electronic bid submissions through the e-Builder online procurement platform, with a strict submission deadline of 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Bidders must electronically submit comprehensive bid packages that include their current business license and certificate of insurance, with failure to provide all requested documentation potentially resulting in bid disqualification. The public bid opening will be conducted through a posted bid tabulation form on the SCCPSS website, with bid receipt times definitively determined by the e-Builder program's time stamp. Prospective bidders are advised that time is critical, and any submissions received after 1:59:59:99 P.M. on the due date will be automatically rejected.

While specific details about set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise requirements are not explicitly outlined in the provided documentation, the solicitation suggests a competitive bidding process open to qualified vendors capable of executing fencing and gate installation projects for the school system. The procurement appears to be a multi-project initiative involving five separate fencing and gate implementations, though specific budget ranges or estimated contract values are not disclosed in the current documentation. Interested bidders must access the complete solicitation through the provided e-Builder web portal at https://gateway.app.e-builder.net/app/bidders/landing?accountid=264b947c-7aa7-45ff-9a33-9fe32d5e6d02&projectid=cb702eac-b435-4529-8c4e-a2054cae4587&bidpackageid=54eff529-b702-4575-b8f3-2e28d5c14ba6, which will provide comprehensive details about the project requirements, submission protocols, and evaluation criteria.
