The State furnishes pre-mixed seed in bulk totes at agreed locations; the contractor provides aircraft equipped with GPS capable of establishing 100 percent coverage flight lines and seeding at specified rates. Work is located at elevations of 5,200 to 6,200 feet in Millard, Juab, and adjacent counties on Bureau of Land Management lands. Seeding must commence by 8:00 a.m. daily. The State reserves the right to postpone seeding if wind speeds exceed 10 miles per hour. Contractors are responsible for seed unloading and loading operations.
