The anticipated 18-month deployment spans three phases: Planning (3 months), Initial Deployment Area (9 months), and Full Deployment (12 months), with total implementation expected to span 24 months.
Pricing must be submitted separately from technical proposals in detailed format covering all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, bonding, overhead, and profit. Technical proposals are limited to 70 pages on standard 8" x 11" pages in 12-point font and must be submitted electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal.
