The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 16 is seeking contractor services for the removal of existing epoxy coating and application of new epoxy flooring in Operating Room #17 at John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to complete the project, which encompasses 720 square feet of epoxy floor area, 420 square feet of wall coating at 4 feet height, and 125 linear feet of base/cove recoating using Sika epoxy or a comparable alternative. All work must be performed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) only and must be scheduled within one week of contract award with approval from the VA Contracting Officer's Representative. The contract is firm-fixed-price with electronic invoicing required after completion and government acceptance.
