Pricing is firm fixed-price according to a detailed Schedule of Rates differentiated by commodity type (dangerous/hazardous cargo, ISO containers, aircraft components, break-bulk general cargo, vehicles), shift type (day, night, weekend/holiday), and unit of measure (measurement tons, hours, gangs, per unit). All proposed rates apply to the entire period of performance including options and extensions. The contract includes a 5% annual escalation factor.
Contractor must provide 24/7/365 operations including vessel loading and discharge, cargo management, staging, storage, intra-port transfers, documentation, and handling of containers, vehicles, break-bulk cargo, ammunition and explosives, and hazardous materials.
