Place of performance is the M'Clintock House, 14 East Williams Street, Waterloo, NY 13165. Work must comply with ICC, IMC, IPC, NFPA 70, ASHRAE, AHRI, SMACNA, NEBB, NEMA, OSHA, and MUTCD standards. The contractor must coordinate with park staff and the Section 106 cultural resources coordinator to ensure no new penetrations compromise historic building fabric, perform Manual J load calculation, and provide a 10-year parts and labor warranty. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with work hours Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding July 18–21, 2026 due to a park special event. Work must complete by October 30, 2026.

Bid guarantee is required at 20 percent of bid price or $3 million, whichever is less. Liability insurance of $250,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence is required, along with a payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit equal to 100 percent of contract price, due within 10 days of award.
