The WESTPAC Purchase Program covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements under the Western Pacific and Middle East Regions (F76, JA1 (neat and with additives), and JP5). Delivery modes will be by tanker, barge, tanker truck, railcar, and pipeline. FOB destination tanker offers will not be accepted. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to this procurement. Details of the requirements for this procurement are as follows:
