Submission of Quote: To create the quote, Contractors must followthe Quote Instructions section and the requirements of FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum included in the solicitation document. Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists on or before the date and time specified in SF 1449, Block 8 of Page l.
Competition Approach: Small Business set-aside.
Period of Performance: The estimated start date is April 1, 2026. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and four (4) Option years of 12-month each.
Questions or Clarifications: All questions are to be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist: yuleiny.garciacontreras.civ@health.mil and Contracting Officer: lenore.y.paseda.civ@health.mil with email subject: Requirement HT940626QE005. The Government may not respond to questions received less than 3 days prior to the due date and time for receipt of quotations.
Incumbent Contractor: This requirement is a follow-on to Firm Fixed Price contract No. FA480323C0006, which was awarded to Aquatic Analytics LLC.
