About this opportunity
Air Force Space Command is seeking small businesses capable of providing comprehensive visual information services at Space Launch Delta 45 (Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station), with capabilities packages due November 16, 2026. The procurement is contemplated under small business set-aside, NAICS 541922, with a size standard of $9 million.
Services span still photography (location, studio, alert, and launch documentation), graphics design and production, video services (location, studio, editing, and launch coverage), and public affairs support per DAFI 35-101. The contractor must maintain SECRET-level security clearances, deliver location photo services and studio photography to a 95 percent on-time threshold, provide monthly production reports by the third workday of each month, achieve an 8 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating quarterly, and respond to alert photography requests within 30 minutes during duty hours and 60 minutes outside duty hours. The contractor furnishes all personnel, equipment, privately operated vehicles, materials, and supplies; the government provides a 1,514-square-foot facility at Building 423 and specified equipment per the PWS. Work operates under normal duty hours of 0730–1630 Monday through Friday, with telework authorized for non-customer-facing personnel.
Performance is measured against a prioritized baseline supporting crisis, contingency, launch and range operations, senior leader requirements, exercises, official communication, recurring organizational communication, and routine administrative work in that order. During surge operations for launch anomalies, natural disasters, exercises, or emergency response, routine support may be delayed, reduced, or suspended.
Respondents must submit capabilities packages in PDF format to Keona Franklin at keona.franklin@spaceforce.mil, including UEI, Cage Code, SAM registration status, business size and employee count, business status (8(a), HUBZ, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, or small business), teaming arrangements if applicable, product specifications, and foreign ownership and foreign national employee information.
