The solicitation was originally issued February 11, 2026, with amendments posted February 23, 2026 and March 18, 2026; quotations are due March 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM PT.

The work will be performed across 451 acres (increased from the original 283 acres with the addition of Elbow Units in Amendment 002) spanning the Pomeroy and Walla Walla Ranger Districts in Asotin, Umatilla, and Union Counties in Washington and Oregon. The performance period is May 4, 2026 through May 22, 2026, providing approximately three weeks for completion. Contractors are required to submit pricing per acre for 13 line items representing named planting units, along with documentation of MSPA registration, Oregon BOLI licenses, and H-2B certifications where applicable.
