Services include monthly targeted inspections and sanitation, quarterly comprehensive preventive maintenance for both areas, monthly grease trap cleanout, quarterly commercial hood cleaning and ice machine sanitization, semiannual filter replacement, and on-demand executive event readiness checks. Work shall not occur during normal Bison Bistro business hours (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) without Contracting Officer approval. The contractor must maintain emergency response capability with Priority 1 acknowledgment within one hour and onsite response within four hours; Priority 2 within four hours acknowledgment and one business day onsite; Priority 3 repair proposals within five business days; and Priority 4 within ten business days. Refrigeration equipment is excluded from scope.

The contractor must demonstrate at least five years of documented commercial kitchen equipment maintenance experience, with personnel qualified per NFPA 96 standards for hood work. A prime contractor employee must be onsite in supervisory capacity whenever subcontractor personnel perform work, unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative.

Pricing comprises preventative maintenance services (offeror-determined) and repair/emergency/readiness services at a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 per contract year, for a potential five-year contract value of $100,000 if all options are exercised. Evaluation criteria: technical acceptability and lowest evaluated price, with no trade-offs. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required; quotes from vendors who do not attend will not be evaluated. Questions are due August 5 by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Award is anticipated no later than September 2026. The incumbent status is noted as a new requirement with no current contractor.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is 140D0426Q0740. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation.

The Government is procuring this requirement as a small business set aside.
