An optional site visit was scheduled for April 22, 2025 at 7:30 AM local time, with attendees limited to two per offeror and requiring advance notification with government-issued identification. The contractor must independently handle all logistics including equipment storage, staging areas, waste disposal, parking, and transportation, as the government will not provide these services. Performance will take place across the Miami, Florida area at the specified Coast Guard facilities, with the contractor required to maintain grounds to promote proper health, growth, and appearance while ensuring all areas remain free of weeds and debris.
