About this opportunity

The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Central Office is seeking to lease office and related space in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, with expressions of interest due November 24, 2026. The space must not be in the same building as, or within 1,000 feet of, a correctional facility, parole office, marijuana dispensary, methadone clinic, school, or daycare center. Twenty-five secured, reserved, surface parking spaces for Government vehicles must be located on site and fenced.
