A fully serviced lease is required, and offerors must price the space at a standard GSA warm-lit shell. Responses must include the building name and address, representative contact information, ABOA and RSF availability by floor, and asking full-service rates per ABOA SF and RSF. Offerors should review Section 889 telecommunications prohibitions under the FAR. Occupancy is targeted for July 1, 2027.
