Interested contractors must submit a Capabilities Statement (maximum 10 pages excluding cover page) by 5:00 p.m. EST on February 10, 2026, to Nicole.Saiauskie@faa.gov with the subject line "Market Survey Response - FAA Pavement Research & Design/Build Support."
